Synopsis
In the shadow of an impending partial lunar eclipse, a sordid chain of events unfolds in the town of Jonášov. A month has passed since a woman vanished without a trace, leaving her husband lost in grief and alcohol. On the same night, as he leaves a pub intoxicated, a thief steals an old Mercedes on the other side of town. Both men inadvertently choose a deserted road for their drive—a path less traveled, shrouded by the forest. Their fates collide when an SUV unexpectedly pulls out from the woods, leading to a crash that entangles the vehicles and their drivers. Under the blood moon, they emerge from the wreckage, their troubled pasts and dark intentions merging as mysteriously as the celestial event overhead, with no thoughts of calling the law into their secluded misfortune.
